PROMOTE APNA TALENT
We are looking to organise football tournaments in the area. We are trying to reach out to youngsters to help them reach a professional level by hosting tournaments for them. We are also promoting the development the of local football coaches, so it not just for players it is also for the coaches.

Ranks
A platform for encouraging that talent, we are going to work with West Brom Albian to help local talent get a trial with the team. We want to work with any youngsters that are talented. By approaching local talent to place for West Bromich Albian's first team, thus creating one of our own.

BREAK APNÉ BARRIERS
The Three Degrees were an inspiration to local players and supporters in the 1970s to 1980s. We aim to inform, encourage and welcome anyone from any community, of any age or of any racial background to come and learn with us.

WELCOMING MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE
We want to promote a Community of Support for West Bromich Albian with arms open to all cultures, ages and gender. We want people to attend the local games and also the away games.

GIVE BACK
We always try to Support the local community by organising Charity & Social Events as well as Volunteering opportunity experiences. We want to give back to our local community as this is a huge part of our backgrounds. We try to raise money for any charities in our area.
