I honestly dont know where to start. A summary of issues: - been over two weeks and didn't even start the engine replacement fitting despite being promised several times it would be done within a week -outsourced the work to a different garage (apparently part of the same company which was yet another complete lie) on the other side of Birmingham without notifying me -99% of calls and messages are unanswered - Ajay's ('CEO') uncle even apologised on behalf of him for the let down and 'empty promises'.
