What I do
• Bring innovation with appropriate level of change with system and controls. Lead or work with workstream leads or teams of people to drive the objectives; new or existing projects, identify and implement quick wins, feedback accordingly to all levels of management and provide governance controls. Work from within by Leading by example and challenge appropriately, address and drive accordingly the business goals but equally get into the what, the why and the where change is/maybe required and look for alternative remedies. My goal is the one you set but I drive the detail to get to the bigger picture and by getting my hands dirty often provides that unique perspective which is the primary to achieve the desired outcome.

About change and why me
I have seen much change during my working career, legislation and conduct risk, growth, governance, compliance, expansion, recession and cost controls. I have experienced 1st hand such change, even driven outputs of those journeys and I understand very well the consequences such activities can have on the business, its work force and individuals. Discretion and empathy are often the by-product of enforcement that comes with change. Having experiences with such journeys and managing the expectations is a life skill equally qualified by those whom have executed and embraced the change.
The ability to drive comes from always looking forward and seeking alternatives to promote and develop, to remedy, improve and not be afraid to challenge but instead to address underlying issues through ownership and accountability.
