Our Goal Our goal is to make the complex understandable so decision-makers are more confident to make decisions quickly. We do this using what-if models to create accurate performance predictions of options. This creates an important information-stream to support evidence-based decision-making. How We Deliver Solutions At the heart of every assignment is a bespoke simulation of a process that is adapted to any future scenario. The model has an animated video that is used to check it is accurate. The model then becomes a cost-effective method to evaluate and compare different improvement ideas because it avoids touching the real-life process. This risk-free analysis pin-points the location of bottlenecks and reveals the root-cause of under-performance. The model is used to play 100s of options that are ranked in terms of efficiency, throughput-time, work-in-progress and cost. This information is then used to identify the best-performing options and create much better quality solutions
