After claiming they all all necessary documentation to carry out our work, they didn't. No VAT number and conveniently didn't do invoices or written quotes. After paying upfront (huge mistake) for the work, it wasn't completed and most of it needs to be done again. Very unreliable and turned up as and when it suited. Often left our house unsafe. Please avoid.
