Plastering

I employed Mr Rudd to undertake plastering of our home prior to my daughter having an operation so it was all nice for her when she returned for her recovery. He was asked to plaster 3 bedrooms and a hallway, and we received a quote promptly. Unfortunately, our relationship deteriorated owing to his bullying, horrendous attitude, verbally attacking myself and other contractors, who were in truth, a pleasure to have around the house. He booked one week for the first room, but he made such a mess of the floor and walls he offered to do it again but never did, owing to calling in sick all the time. The second phase he booked 8 days to undertake the work however, he called in sick for 4 days and his attitude was even worse. Originally he was sympathetic to our needs and said I had to help him if I wanted the house done in time for my daughters operation. At this point we had 4 weeks to get the plastering done (a reasonable amount of time) so I agreed. He said he would work weekends to make
