Express Locks
Expresslock manufactures a comprehensive range of locking and safety systems for panel vans and for trucks
Mechanical systems from the simple armour plated replacement lock cylinder to the proven heavy duty secondary locking systems for van rear and side sliding doors, that make a statement and are so obvious from the exterior. The auto-locking Truck Lock covers barn doors and the major technology award winning Roller Shutter Lock is the choice of many well known carrier companies
Electronically operated systems offer leading edge locking technology controlled by key fob, by credit card transponder or by RFID tag. These systems interface with the vehicle door locks or with Expresslock's own secondary external locks.
UItraPark, their ultrasonic reversing system, brings quality car technology to the commercial vehicle user to save those expensive rear end collisions.
Express Tough Lock
Offers a high level of simple, but tough, vehicle security at low cost with a lock barrel from MuI-T-Lock, part of the giant Assa Abloy group. Can be easily fitted either in substitution for the manufacturer's lock barrel or alongside with the cam linking to the vehicle's door securing mechanism. Surrounded by three shields manufactured from stainless and armour-plated steel.
Acts as automatic snap-lock.
Keys have spherical profiles registered exclusively to Expresslock.
Multi use - with single key profile to pass and 2 keys, available with matched pairs of barrels for 2 door cover. Also 3, 4 & 5 barrels per set - for total van cover. Additional protection comes through using three steel shields, all 2mm thick, the outer 2 are manufactured in tough stainless steel, the external one being satin polished to give a durable and attractive finish to the lock system. The innermost shield is manufactured from high manganese content armour plated steel, chemically treated for anti-corrosion, which acts as a hidden barrier. The whole assembly is secured within the door panel by two bolts and special high duty locking nuts.
That's a total thickness of 6mm of tough and weatherproof anti-drill steel.
Heavy Duty Automatic Rear and Side Door Locks....
...manufactured in tough black or white powder coated finish, these mechanical locking systems for van rear doors, and those vulnerable sliding side doors, use an internationally approved weatherproof lock mechanism, whose key needs only 1/4 turn to hold back the bolt until the door closes, then locks down automatically. Internal safety release feature. 'Risk time' for working vehicles is when drivers get in and out, having to remember to unlock and lock the doors. Expresslock's automatic rear door lock is one of the best insurance policies you can have against vehicle theft and missing contents.
Proven in use by companies such as Securicor, the Expresslock rear door bolt gives instant and complete protection for goods and personnel. It is particularly useful for vans with valuable contents and for undertaking multi-drop deliveries.
The rear lock system is especially designed to meet the toughest tests for vehicle rear door security. It stays in the stand-by position until the door closes, helping to pull the doors in line. Then it automatically bolts into position, unseen, to be released simply and quickly using a 1/4 turn of the key. The lock cannot be prised open or force used to remove it once fitted. The lock mechanism is particularly clever and can be operated internally in the case of accidental operation.....Set out here is just a taste of what we have to offer....for further details, please visit our website, or call us on 0121 328 2700.
