And it only took me 10 days! I like to detox twice a year, and usually do mine early in January, but decided to try a little later this year. The detox requires you to eat properly - no skipping of meals - but it does take some commitment. Still I do like the benefits and it does set me up to stop the junk eating and concentrate on a balanced diet.
