I arrived at BHX on 20 August at 9.15 pm after a two-leg journey. Unfortunately my luggage did not come too. The airport was empty; there was nobody around to get any sort of help apart from a few very helpful airport staff who delayed their leaving work to help me. Where were your staff? Surely somebody should be there until the last (satisfied!) customer has left the premises. By the time I left the aiprport with only contact details to follow up myself the next day it was too late to use public transport so I had to take a taxi of which I feel you should compensate me if not for the disruption caused to not being united with my possessions. As of 9.0 am the next day I am still waiting to contact one of your staff. I await your comments ASAP
