After visiting this shop I can truely say I received the most terrible service This shop is a front for numerous other companies for instance they use a company called Newline for their eBay trading I assume this is for tax avoidance I tried to purchase online and collect a fan as my boiler was not working and it's very cold especially with a new born child in the house online it was £30 was told they could not sell it at that price in shop buy could sell for £60 as a service exchange being desperate I agreed and the guy on counter walked out back and returned throwing a different fan on the counter ? Obviously he was awaiting his customer serving training ? When pointed out it was a lower rated fan he just huffed and shrugged his shoulders I managed to find one at £50 just down the road who actually apologised for charging me £35 so lesson learnt there don't go to back street shops
