About Me I am one of those very lucky individuals who actually loves his job. My clients come from all walks of life and have a wide range of challenges to overcome and I get immense satisfaction from helping them achieve their goals. There are very few jobs I would rather be doing.

How I can help The work that I do is all about you and your aspirations for your future, and as with all of my clients I encourage you to do your homework (yes, homework!), which may involve keeping certain records or listening to personalised CDs. This helps to accelerate the results, so I always insist that you show commitment - after all it's your life that you wish to change!

If you feel that you are one of those individuals who is not prepared to put in some effort to improve your life and who just wants to pay someone else to do it for them, then please read no further and search elsewhere, for I am not the hypnotherapist for you!

I am however quite laid back and easy going and love to share a joke with clients when appropriate. In fact laughter is one of the best ways to help facilitate change in people's lives - after all life is meant to be fun. I like to be reasonably informal at work and do not wear a suit and tie. I am smartly dressed and occasionally I may wear jeans depending on how I feel on the day.

Qualifications I qualified as a Hypnotherapist and Stress Management Consultant in 1993, gaining my diploma with the grade of Distinction. I followed that with a further Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy, again with Distinction.

Qualifications are certainly important but only up to a point. Obviously they do indicate a certain level of education, professional training and an ability to perform well in exams; but they don't necessarily prove to you that I am a capable and well respected therapist - that comes with years of dedication and experience (over 15,000 client sessions under my belt).

The most important thing for me is that you can trust me always to do my best to help you to achieve your personal goals. I am a fully accredited member of the Hypnotherapy Association, the Hypnotherapy Register and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and run my practice in line with their strict codes of ethics.
